makes it hard to refer back to messages you've sent and whatnot - or tell if you sent them at all!

probably need to check the keep a copy part in the cpntrol panel settings

You've gotta check the box that says, "Add a copy of this message to my sent items folder" before you send your message off. It's above the "Send Message" button.
