One of my husband's workmates got a tattoo from http://www.kunstmedpuls.no/ the day before yesterday. Apparently they dressed it with some kind of spray-on plastic.... wtf?! Does this mean anything to anyone?
Possibly the same stuff you would spray on a burn, similiar to spray skin,P.
sounds like " second skin " good for cuts that wont stop bleeding... dont think id personally want it on a tattoo.
like their style. very cool. sure they know whats up.
Never heard of using it on tattoo, but my pops loves it.he also glues his cuts with crazy glue
go figure
Looks like a pretty cool style. Well .... We all know of a guy who used that spray when he almost cut his finger off
. Seems like it would be fine on a skin abraision. Lol!!
I may have to give it a try.....hmmm.....wonder if you put your A&D on before you spray it? lol!!....
i have used it and seen it used a lot. it works really good. helps healing time aswell.
Never seen a spray on product but have used Tatuderm personally with excellant results. Joshua Carlton used the Tatuderm on the Lennon piece he did on me. I was advised to leave the "film" on for at least 4-5days, after which I peeled it off in the shower. When I removed it the tattoo was healed, with the exception of one small spot which had a thin scab. Carlton had been selling the product at his booth and during the time I was being worked on, several other artist came up to get some. It takes the idiot factor out of the healing process. You leave the Tatuderm on for a specified amount of time and remove it, reaply after washing if needed (it was not in my case). Anyone whom does tattoos knows how frustrating it is to give a easy list of aftercare instructions, only to have the client return a week later wondering why their tattoo which has 1/2 an inch of vaseline on it is scabbed. I have wanted to pick up some of the product and try it out at the shop but keep forgetting when I do my orders. Since I am on the subject, I will go ahead and get some while I am thinking about it. If you want to take a gander, the website it can be purchased at is Tatuderm.com
