Since I'm always forgetting the codes used to describe paper sizes, figured perhaps these may help others as well.http://en.wikipedia....wiki/Paper_size

just in case some folks hadnae spotted the relationship...

if you fold each size in half [crosswise] you get the next size down. so:

A2 folded in half = A3
A3 folded in half = A4
A4 folded in half = A5

... and so on. so, if you just memorise the dimensions for one size, you can work out the rest by either halving the longest side or doubling the shortest side each time.

[for whenever you need to work some dimensions out and havenae got loneferret's handy chart with you! :) ]
