I have been noticing (as well as a few others) that posts are getting way to hard to find in the forum headings we have, because people are posting the wrong stuff into the wrong forum, and the main headings are too general in their description. If I may be so bold, I would like to suggest making a few "sub" forums.
For example, under "The Apprentice" - Q & A Corner" we could have sub forums entitled Inks, Needle Groups, Machine Parts, Tuning and Maintenance. (These are just my idea's, not hard and fast examples ... lol). We could have another one entitled "Introductions" or something like that. That would keep all the "I'm new here (insert life story)" posts confined to one place, rather than scattered here, there and everywhere.
Maybe split The Flea Market up into Wanted and For Sale. (Although there isn't as much traffic there as other forum headings).
I just think that by having a few sub forums under the various main forum headings, stuff would be easier to find, it would be easier for the newer people to find the correct place to post stuff and it would be easier on the mods/owners in that they don't have to move shit around to the correct place. (Or if they did, it would be one or two times a month, compared to the calamity I see now)
Having 643 members (most of those are non posters though) I think it's neccessary to have a bit more organisation here.
Just my 2c.
