I'm having problems uploading a personal picture....Every time I try it says error contact the administrative board. O.k. so I click browse, then pick a picture from "my pictures" from my pc then I click update photo. Am I doing something wrong? or is there a bug. Please help........Thanks

What is the file type and size of the image? There are some restrictions we've set-up for security and storage reasons. Please give me as much detailed information as you can.

Dimensions are 2560 x 1920 size is about 900 kb, and its in jpeg form, I hope this helps.....Thanks

There's you're problem. That file is enormous! We have the upload restrictions set to only allow images < 50kb and a max file size of 90x90 pixels. Try reducing the size of the file in Photoshop or another similar program. That should do it.
