THIS IS A SITE FOR ARTISTS, NOT CLIENTS (Please read before posting)   04/18/2018

I'm seeing a lot more questions from people who are looking to get tattoos, asking about ideas, healing instructions, etc. These are questions you should ask YOUR  LOCAL TATTOO ARTIST, not random people on the internet. This site is specifically for tattoo artists and those looking to get into the trade by way of an apprenticeship. Don't be shy! Google local artists and drop by a shop or two, check out their portfolio of work and talk about your ideas with a professional who can help you achieve the best tattoo experience.

       Thanks for reading!

  1. My Portraits

Good start. Like others have said, you really need the mid tones. What brand / type of paper are you using?
  2. Opinion On Best Black Ink For Filling

I'm a waverly fan. What are people's thoughts on Alla Prima black? I'll wait for feedback before I throw in my opinion. Thanks.
  3. Levy Tran 5"x7"

    A tiny 5" x 7" pencil Levy Tran And an 18" x 22" charcoal commission
  4. Big 5

Thanks Started this 2 years ago or so on myself. Added his shirt yesterday. It's a little rough in places but tattooing yourself in that spot really sucks.
  5. Big 5

    Thanks guys
  6. Big 5

Haven't posted in a while. This guy sat for 3 days straight. 20 hours total. Still a little to do on the water buffalo on top.
  7. Ink Recall, Eternal And Alla Prima

I'm not too happy with the way alla prima black has been healing. Seems some heal ok and some heal like the pigment has broken down. I've since switched to waverly and have none of these issues. Even on the same person right next to the alla prima ink, same machine and curved 7 mag. drastic difference. I wonder if I got a bunk batch.... Hhhmmmmm
  8. Bill Murray Charcoal

    Thanks guys
  9. Bill Murray Charcoal

There's nothing better than a clean toaster...
  10. Bill Murray Charcoal

Smaller charcoal drawing. I have maybe 8 hours into this... I'm trying to speed things up a bit
  11. Richard Pryor

Nice job, would love to see something with real paper
  12. Pencil Pet Portraits

    Nice work
  13. Lion Tattoo

    That's awesome
  14. Some First Pass Stuff

Thanks guys Here's a work in progress... A couple passes on the face but the hair and gown are extremely rough still... I'll down tone the background to pop out some crazy fly hairs and throw the face forward
  15. Some First Pass Stuff

Thanks I'm pretty exited about the career change.
