another uni work, i spotted a burnt down bug on the side of the road and figuring it had been abandoned started to pull off the chrome work for one of my collages...the owner came screaming around the corner swearing what the f@#$ happened to my car. He had it for sale on the side of the road and had left it there over night, someone decided it might be cool to set it on fire, and the first he hed seen of it was me stealing parts from it...he immediately thought id done it, but i cleared things up and he even let me keep the chrome 'volkswagen' id taken off the back, which i glued to this lifesize painting....what a nice man. The pic looks quite faint as i just scanned it from the grad show catalogue, the painting is hung at my parents so next time im there i ll take a better pic
