Guidelines for Giving FeedbackPlease consider the following when giving feedback on a member's tattoo:
Line work: Does the artist seem to have grasped the technique of applying smooth, consistent lines? Do the lines flow with no shakes, skips or blow-outs?
Fill: Are all color and black areas a consistent color?
Shading: Does the tattoo show smooth gradients and transition effectively from light to dark?
Color Harmony: Does the tattoo have colors that compliment each other?
Placement/Size: Does the tattoo seem to be the right size for the area chosen? Is it centered and lined up with any other work? Does it go with the flow of the body?
Design: How well does the overall design work? Does it have sound composition? Does it feel well thought out?
Feedback: What areas could be improved?

Jason,
Pretty solid! I very much like the leaves under the skull. Classic but original as well. Also the color contrast of b/w dragon on top of bright red looks sweet. -------------------- Stay humble.

 This was my first attempt at drawing tattoo flash. I did it for a friend about a year ago, he never did go through with the tattoo. Thanks for your site and this forum. I'm just starting out learning how to tattoo. I come from an artistic background... it should be a fun adventure. |

This is the first thing I drew with a wacom tablet. I've only had it a week or so. I'll post more soon. Just incase you can't tell, it's three skull faces in cheese work.

I like the skull, but Im not feeling the directional shading at the bottom.

i think what your talking about Kutter is really supposed to be hair. its supposed to be further up on the actuall skull, i was just drawing it really fast. but thanx man!

Heres the sketches of my tat my wifes, and the spark plug is the one I getting ready to do. Im out of needles and tubes, I also want to pick up some new ink first. What do you think.
Yeah I thought it might be hair, but It was a little low. Still looks good, and its not permentant yet so you can always refine it.

I drew this for a guy but then he told me after I drew it, it was suppossed to be symetrical and go in the middle of his chest just below his neck under his clavicals
