Paypal Is Not An Option, need help for payment |

my paypal is actually locked because i have a despute with them and well unfortunatly i cant do anythang being that its locked and ive been in this dispute for over a year now ... i need some other means to pay for a membership cash or money order is not a problem ive sent cash before in mail and had no problems when wraped in paper
