This site is no substitute for a formal apprenticeshipThis site is not a substitute for a professional apprenticeship with a licensed tattoo studio. Nor is this site a definitive source for learning the art or trade of tattooing. An apprenticeship is the ONLY universally accepted way to learn proper safety practices and sound technique.
While we welcome members of all levels, we STRONGLY advocate staying away from skin until you've received formal training from someone who works in the field. Hell, even hair stylists must complete over a year of courses, pass a state health board exam, and apprentice under a professional studio before earning a chair.
The trade of tattooing has a rich history and traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation. If you respect the art, please show your respects by learning the right way.

may hafta go with shorties and larger height on the yolk though,hope not,but i like em stilted up,looks cool,otherwise ya can go with odd sized coils,seen em in four different heights fer coil cores so far, 3/4, 1 inch, 1 1/8 and 1 1/4,could make em up and use em instead of tryin to go with 1 inch shorties,had one frame from a guy who bought it off e-bay,just a blank he shaped up to use,he milled out the frame to put it inside the slotted area,but he gave up on the frame as it had some issues,i been lookin at it for about 6 months,know what i'm gunna do to it but just haven't been into it yet,post sum pics if ya can
