i went on sunday, sory dude we didn't meet up saturday but u know why.... anyways i found it very very busy.... met bob tyrell, had a chat, and also robert hernandez who, belive me or not, is POLISH!!!! comes from a small town, not very far from where i was born actualy. hes father is spanish and that's where he's surname comes from, so he's half and half but speaks polish fluently. was chatting to him in our language, it was such a surprise to me that i still can't get over it heheehh but we'll keep in touch. appart from that it was all cool, just closing hour on sunday wasn't impressive, 7.30!!! i've met buzzbrush there had a chat and a beer with him, my work collegue from the studio got some machines of him and buzz gave us some SMARTINK t-shirts hhehe very cool.

I loved it!
I was just day tripping on the Sunday and was feeling just a touch hung over. Bumped into a few folks I hadn't seen in a while.
Some amazing work there, super cool people and suicide girls. Makes for a good weekend

I found it a bit too busy and overwhelming trying to take stuff in, plus I still find the layout totally confusing. Last year I made a point of watching some small tattoos all the way through, some longer ones revisited at beginning, middle and end. This year hardly saw any actual tattooing, couldn't be bothered trying to crane my neck over 2 rows of shoulders . Saying that, I still had a great time and it was equally worth going, just a different experience, more on a social and networking one. I met a bunch of my myspace friends in the realworld for the 1st time, including Lu's Lips, who's a bit of a hero of mine. Discovered and met some new artists, the guys from Denver's Rebellion Tattoo were cool and we hit it off, as they are also GraffitiArtists. Found out that Uncle Alan looks different to how I imagined dunno what I expected him to look like, just different . Was introduced to the guy who runs Tattoo.tv by a friend. Hung out with a really talented friend, who is just building a home studio with stay over potential (for international guest spotters), in addition to the shop which he's been running for the last few years. We've arranged for me to spend some time there for a bit of schooling in the near future, so all good . Was too broke to spend a mint I was on a packed lunch tip and limited myself to a box of Panthera gloves and 50 curved magnums .
