Heading in to work on these today. She eventually wants to have 1/2 sleeves of Fortune on one arm and Nemesis on the other, in an art nouveau style. These are going somewhere on her forearms today though. The flourish things will be blue and the banner will have golds and browns.

Personally, I'd change the flourish to more complicated filigree. Not in the way it lays out, but just in it's general design. Other than that, with such a simple design, it wouldn't be hard to make any changes you or your client come up with.
