How a piece maps to the muscles is more important than 2D movement. It's got good gesture so far, imparts dynamic motion. Just not sure how this is gonna map out on skin. The water kind of breaks up your motion tho. I kind of like one defined outline on either side of the design, just so it moves the eye smoothly, but I think that's more of a personal thing.

Make those fingers reach and arch in the reverse direction of the dragon, kind of like a banner or ribbon would flow out behind him. Also, I think the hands and feet need to be much bigger. -------------------- myspace online store don't crap on a cupcake and tell me it's frosting
