I just thought I'd post a link for you all to check out.
I have CTS and these stretches are pretty much what I do to help out, kinda wish Id started the stretches years ago; maybe I coulda prevented this.

I do the stretches in the AM, before I tattoo, after I tattoo, and at night.
Might seem kinda foolish to some, but I'll tell ya it works.

Heres the link: CTS stretches

No problem, your welcome.

In my case it was caused by the repetitive motion of sauteing for 20 years in kitchens . Its a constant motion with alot of wrist movement. Another common cause is alot of computer use.

It doesnt keep me from tattooing, it just slows me down a little. I make sure I stretch my hands/wrists and get up and move my legs. After doing some research I realized just how bad being in a seated position w/ my back in an odd positions is. Plus im getting old sad.gif
