I just thought I'd post a link for you all to check out.
I have CTS and these stretches are pretty much what I do to help out, kinda wish Id started the stretches years ago; maybe I coulda prevented this. I do the stretches in the AM, before I tattoo, after I tattoo, and at night. Might seem kinda foolish to some, but I'll tell ya it works.
