when i were a nipper - theyre was a big estate that i fished on, in the summer the sun would gleam on the water and there was this one spot at the very end of the lake that not many fishermen knew about - on a sunny day the sun would hit the water and you could see carp after carp - there was no skill needed - it really was cast and reel them in - some real beauties in there - absolutely huge - i made it into the fishing magazines a couple times

then in winter we'd go after the pikes - and there were some real monsters lurking in there - used to spend the whole day armed with just my rod and a spinner setup - walking round the whole lake spinning - ive not been fishing in years - a good 10 - 15 - i just might get some more angling gear
