> Guidelines for Giving Feedback

Please consider the following when giving feedback on a member's tattoo:

Line work: Does the artist seem to have grasped the technique of applying smooth, consistent lines? Do the lines flow with no shakes, skips or blow-outs?

Fill: Are all color and black areas a consistent color?

Shading: Does the tattoo show smooth gradients and transition effectively from light to dark?

Color Harmony:
Does the tattoo have colors that compliment each other?

Placement/Size:
Does the tattoo seem to be the right size for the area chosen? Is it centered and lined up with any other work? Does it go with the flow of the body?

Design: How well does the overall design work? Does it have sound composition? Does it feel well thought out?

Feedback: What areas could be improved?

this is my new color packer.

brass kaplan diamond back frame.

.45 slug front binder

10 wrap coils that i wanted to match the frame,so i wrapped with an old 2 dollar canadian bill thats no longer in circulation, had it laying around.

a-bar from an i.t.s. machine.super big and heavy, nice for color packing

and the spring saddle is also a phono jack.i run all my machines on phono.

this is the first machine ive put together where i madee my own coils for, even though ive been making coils for a minute now.

thanks for lookin,and comments

lol no,if you look carefully (sorry for the shitty pic.thats the lead wrapping around the coil, both have same brass washers, just one under rear.2 under front.they are blocked by that lead i assure you

edit:remember just starting out,so placed my holes to close together in the front one.instead of going 12 and 3 or 4,i went 12 and 2 or there abouts

heres how it looks now in its final stage, minus the clearcoat for the coils.i wasnt feeling how the first set were looking in there, plus were running high volts.now this bitch is a jackhammer at 6-6.5

heres the coils.wait till theyre clear coated.those washers will be so bright, and popping.whooo.cant wait.

heres the machine.note the two washers in fromt, and i noticed, when you know thats a lead and look carefully you can see the washers behind it in the first pic asked about

thanks for looking.keep the replys and crits coming please.i can only learn from em

P.S. Mark, youd have been better off asking me i used two thin yokes in the first one, instead of a proper yoke that was the right size, instead of two that were half the size needed in the first pic asked about lol.

answer:because i didnt have a proper 1/8 yoke at the time, just many super skinny ones+one half 1/8.now its rocking a gun blued firehorse irons yoke

Count

i know a guy.he does sell them but they arent very affordable,i buy 10-20 at a time and get a good deal,i assume casue we consider eachother friends,as the first ones i ever got from him were free, brass, and chrome plated brass.a set each after he extensively explained what iut was, then finally was like gimmie ur address.i decided to pay him back by buying stock from him.i personally dont like em that much.but they are affordable for me.plus the novelty factor helps with undecided buyers

SHORT ANSWER: hes around, gonna have to do a tiny bit of legwork to find him

yes thicker ones.the only ones i have are eikons thinnist shims.id have to stack atleast 6 to 10 to get the height i need there.and to be honest,i mean im sure the presence of iron has to help, but i cant tell a difference between using brass washers, and steel/iron shims,as far as how the machine runs
