Which brand (company, made) tattoo machine do you use?
I'm using a Micky Sharpz for years and I'm preti satisfy with it,strong and good enough smile.gif
I use almost 1 machine for outlines, shading and coloring...just I play with the Voltage
For the lines i use 10v,for coloring 9,3,shading less than 9,3.

I use kaplan Machines. Just recently rebuilt them and now they run like beasts. There the same exact machines that mark has in the most requested topics section.

I have 5 machines right now.
My first 3 are from Unimax, an Apollo liner, strongman and some machine I have no idea the name of.
All 3 dont get used anymore.

I have 2 hand built machines made by Forgiven a liner and a bulldog color packer. Both are FUGLY as I asked for them to be, they arent chromed or pretty at all. To me they are like a big block muscle car w/ a primer paint job. They run all day and night and do the job better than my other 3 ever did. I feel more comfortable and that always helps.

I can see myself becoming a machine junky very easily.

I have two spaulding machines but i'm getting ready to buy some hand made custom machines. I wanted a Bernhard or Texas Irons bad but I was reading on Brandon Bonds forum and he said he switched from pulse to Dankbuilt Machines and the one he had custom made for him looks bad ass too so now I can't decide lol

I don't think any of them will sell to me anyway since i'm not a pro so it probably doesn't matter

I know Dank from another board. He wont sell to you if you're not in a shop. There are plenty of quality builders and companies that will though.

Figures his machines look cool and I'm guessing if Bond dropped Pulse for them they must work good.

Do you know if Bernhard will sell to non pros? He builds some wicked stuff too I really like his replicas of Paul Rogers machines.

I am using a RICK SAVERIA XS liner and also a SAVERIA shader (both are hand carved). I picked up both machines at the suggestion of my instructor. Though I am still learning, I really do like both machines. Rick Saveria builds the custom machines in Argentina, supposedly 1 machine a day. He sells via a MySpace page and also EBay. The transactions went through without a hitch and I had both machines in my hands within 3 days of payment (I used PayPal).
