What are these "packages" & how do they work....??

What i see is really confusing. and not clear at all......

its not hard. you get a certian amount of impressions for your money upon reading that i would say that means your banner will show up in the add cycle ( if you notice it cycles every time you clikc somewhere else ) that many times

so for $15 it says you get 10,000 impressions meaning your banner will show up 10,000 times on the website and after that no more

im no mod or dont know anything about that advertising shit but from reading that little bit this is what i got
