Greetings everyone, great site, looking forward to being a part of it all. I have been scratching on fake skin, myself and more recently friends for about 2yrs now, working on a portfolio at the moment and after the missus completes her studies in a year or so (and earning some green) I'll be on the hunt for an apprenticeship smile.gif but until then I'll continue learning, living and breathing this great artform.

Yeah I didn't quite mean to use the term 'scratching', kinda cojoures up images of vulgar backyard homemade 'guns' and no thought on sterilization. It's just I wouldn't consider myself a tattoo 'artist' yet, that being said I have put ALOT of research, time and money into making sure I have the best gear and knowledge available too me, short of serving an apprenticeship. I have a diploma in visual arts and have set up a dedicated room that I keep like a hospital. I autoclave everything. The few freinds I have tattoo'd all have proffesional shop tattoo's as well and are not ingnorant when it comes to their own safety. I probably wont be doing a whole lot of posting, I'll leave that to the pro's, mainly here to sponge of everyone's knowledge.

Peace.
