just setting up 2 new machines and ive got the speed up to where i want it but i need to double the throw to get more needle out...will bending the rear spring give more throw??any help welcome

yup it sure will, bend it very very slightly though, doesnt matter which way you bend it really cus you can put it on eitherway. i usually bend mine right at the end so theres no creases or pressure points in the spring. it will make your stroke longer though so your need to adjust the c/s again

remember to go slow do it a small amount at a time and check it on the machine after each bend till you get it where you want. I also recommend to use a roll bend and not a sharp edge bend it will last longer.
